If your order is showing as delivered but hasn’t been received, you can file a claim with USPS (or whatever carrier you utilized). All orders have insurance up to $100, so your entire order should be covered without issue!

If you get a confirmation, but it hasn’t been scanned please message me directly. This is a very rare occurrence, but sometimes a package doesn’t get scanned by my postman on accident.
